History
DigiMax was founded in 2017 as a technology platform to allow qualified investors access to digital securities like security token offerings. DigiMax became the first global company in the investment industry to achieve public company status (listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange-symbol: DIGI) and the first digital securities companies approved by the Ontario Securities Commission as an ‘Exempt Market Dealer’ in Ontario, Canada. Digimax in 2020 acquired two artificial intelligence companies DataNavee and Darwin Ecosystem to gain access to their state-of-the-art AI predictive engines, intellectual property and data-science teams.
